NOMINATION / APPLICATION FORM

About the award. The Santosh Jeevani Award honours self-employed persons with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) who, through their own enterprise, have gone on to create work and income opportunities for other individuals from the disability sector. It celebrates livelihood generation, dignity of work, and peer employment within the disability community.

Nominations may be submitted by the self-employed individual (self-nomination), a parent or family member, a PARIVAAR member organisation, a professional or therapist, or anyone aware of a deserving case.
